We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if your quest didn't go as planned, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Loot
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
